Sphere Global Logistics, covers all federal, state, and provincial DOT inspections

You are responsible for managing all maintenance and service on your leased trailers.


All trailers maintenance must follow our lease repair standard and service guidelines.


We specialize in Dry Van and Flatbed trailers. Reefer and other specialized trailers are available with limited inventory.


For new customers 3 months is the minimum length of time for a trailer rental. leasing.


Please provide a copy of your MC Authority Letter, your Driver’s License Front and Back, and a copy of your Insurance Declaration and you’re all set.


All drivers must be 21 years of age with at least 1 year of CDL Driving experience. Approval for rental program will be subject to Department of Motor Vehicle driving report.


No. Insurance is the responsibility of the person or business renting the equipment. Sphere Global Logistics must be listed on your policy as a loss payee for physical damage.


Payments must be made weekly. Monthly pre-payment options are available. Please speak to your account representative to select the option that fits your business operation best.


No. Trailers must be returned to the same location where the trailer rental originated unless SGL management has provided instructions to return the trailer to another facility at the conclusion of the rental period.


Any damage to the trailer during the rental period should be reported to your account manager at SGL immediately. All damages to the trailer must be repaired by the renter, to the condition in which you received the equipment and are subject to DOT inspection before closing the case on the incident.


All cargo transport must be in compliance with the FMCSA. If you plan to carry hazardous material, please provide your SGL account representative with your company’s hazard mitigation plan.


No. At this time we do not provide road side assistance programs. In the event of a breakdown, please contact your insurance company or preferred roadside assistance company. If you are in distress, please call 911.


References allow SGL the ability to confirm your identity and employment history. References also provide SGL confidence that you have a solid network of friends and colleagues invested in our collective success. In the event we are unable to locate you or the equipment, we would like to have people connected to you and your business to ensure we are able to secure the equipment as well as your safety and well-being.


Yes. The deposit is $500+ your first full month rental payment. After your 1st month, you will be billed weekly for your equipment rental.
